By doing business with or interacting with the Respect Our Referees (ROR) site in the manner described in this Privacy Policy at any time on or after the Effective Date, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the application of this Privacy Policy to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of all your personal information as described.

ROR and the Minnesota State Referee Committee (MNSRC) reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time.

1. What is the personal information that we collect?

Personal information is information that can be used to identify or contact you. For example, personal information can include your name, home address, phone numbers, and e-mail address. At its induction, the ROR site's only identifying information collected is name and email address. Social security numbers are never requested by ROR. We do not conduct any financial transactions on the ROR site and do not store any private financial information.

The information collected by the ROR site is utilized to provide contact points and data tracking for club administrators, program administrators, and league officials who wish to monitor site use.

In order to track usage of the ROR site, you must share with us a limited amount of contact information.

If you need to contact our site for any reason, personal information will be required so that we can respond to you in a timely manner.

Protecting the privacy and security of your personal information is a priority of the ROR and MNSRC. ROR/MNSRC DOES NOT SELL OR RENT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES. All information on our site is only accessible to limited MNSRC committee members and club administrators/league officials. Users with administrative access have signed an Agreement with ROR that states they are not to share any personal information obtained via access with this site to anybody not associated with ROR/MNSRC without the express written permission of the owners of that information.
